Philibert Meyor, Servant / Cross-Culture Pastor

Pastor Philibert D. Meyor is an Ordained Minister and serves as an Elder and Cross-Cultural Pastor at All Nations Church. He is a native of Liberia, West Africa. Pastor Philibert has served churches, missions, and youth organizations in Liberia and the United States. Pastor Philibert holds a Bachelor of Theology Degree from the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary, Paynesville, Liberian; and has three degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina, a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), a Master of Theology (Th.M), and a Doctor of Education Degree (Ed.D). He completed his Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), Level One, at the Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina. Pastor Philibert is married to his beautiful bride Korpo Kollie. He loves singing, reading, soccer, and outdoor handiwork. His favorite Bible Verse is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Pastor Philibert is currently serving in the United States Army as a Captain and Chaplain. He is blessed to be an Officer of the United States Army and a Soldier of the Cross.

Ken Steigler, Servant / Advisory Pastor

Rev. Ken resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He retired from the United Methodist Church in 2007. During his tenure as a minister, he has worked with Martin Luther King Jr., Ralph Abernathy, Jesse Jackson, Hosea Williams, David DuPlessis, Harold Bredesen, John Wimber, Mahesh Chavda, Mark Pearson, Gwen Shaw, and Richard Booker. Rev. Ken is a graduate of Milford Academy, Ohio Wesleyan University (BA in Sociology & Pre-Theological Studies), and Boston University School of Theology (ThM in theology and S.T.M., Pastoral Counseling Track). In addition, he attended the Hebrew University, Jerusalem for Overseas Students in conjunction with the Rothberg School of Overseas Students. He has served the Lord in the United States, Israel, China, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, France, and Germany. In addition, he has directed the New Bedford, MA Drug Treatment Program; worked with the Psychiatric Social Program at Rainbow Half-Way House for mentally challenged men; directed the Counseling Center at the Burrillville, RI UMC; worked with State and Federal Police on the Occult Task Force, RI; and the Deliverance Ministry in Salem, MA. Rev. Ken’s passion is serving Jesus Christ, his Lord, and Savior in the power of the Holy Spirit. Rev. Ken has had the opportunity to be a tour host for 30 trips to the Holy Land; 2014 -2018, Chaplain of the Alton Bay Christian Conference Center; Intercessory Prayer Pastor Wake Forest UMC 2008. He is an active Rotarian, and Chaplain in Wake Forest & Alton New Hampshire. He has led teaching
trips to China and Southeast Asia including South Korea. In his current service in ministry, he serves as a voluntary Advisory Pastor at All Nations Church in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Mark S. Vasconcellos, Servant / International Pastor

Pastor Mark S. Vasconcellos, was born in Georgetown, Guyana. He serves as an Elder and International Pastor of All Nations Church (ANC) in Raleigh, NC. By God’s grace, He called Mark to plant ANC with biblical principles and obedience to the teaching of Jesus Christ. ANC began in a Chinese restaurant and was launched in 2013. Mark has had the opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus Christ in Belgium, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, Guyana, India, Israel, Jamaica, Netherlands, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, the United States, and other countries. In 2015, Mark received special recognition from the former President and Prime Minister of Guyana, H.E. Samuel Hinds for his service to the people of Guyana. In 2003, he received the “Ambassador for Peace” award for his exemplary living for the sake of others. He completed his Doctorate Degree (DMin) and Master’s Degree (MA) at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina; his Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from Florida International University, Miami, Florida; and his Associate Degree (AS) from Miami-Dade College, Miami, Florida. While in seminary he attended the University of the Holy Land in Israel for a Biblical Geographical study of the Bible; and also completed overseas studies on Buddhism and Islam in Chiang-Mai, Thailand. He has a strong background in teaching and training and is fluent in English and Spanish. He married Karyn in 1995 and they have one son in college.

Andrea Benkart, Secretary & Media Coordinator

Andrea Benkart resides in Durham, North Carolina. Andrea graduated from Everest College, Salt Lake City, Utah, with an Associate’s degree as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). She has worked for over 7 years in the field of Internal Medicine and Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT). Andrea lived in Stuttgart, Germany, for a significant amount of years and is fluent in English and German. Andrea is certified in electroencephalogram (EEG). She serves on staff at All Nations Church as the Secretary and Media Coordinator. Andrea is also a Mission Team Coordinator (MTC) for Guyana. She married Roman in 2011 and they have two children. Andrea is a graduate of the All Nations Church Leadership Training L1, L2, & L3. She enjoys serving the Lord and Scripture memorization. Her go-to verse is Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace you have been saved through faith: and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.”
