Dr. Philibert Meyor – Elder & Cross-Culture Pastor
Pastor Philibert D. Meyor is an ordained minister who faithfully serves as an Elder and Cross-Cultural Pastor at All Nations Church. With a deep passion for the Gospel and a heart for people of all backgrounds, he is committed to building bridges across cultures and equipping believers to grow in Christ.
A native of Liberia, West Africa, Pastor Philibert brings a rich international perspective to his ministry. His journey of faith and service has taken him from his homeland to the United States, where he has faithfully served churches, mission organizations, and youth ministries in both nations. His cross-cultural experiences have shaped his pastoral approach, allowing him to minister effectively in diverse congregational settings while remaining grounded in biblical truth.
Pastor Philibert earned his Bachelor of Theology degree from the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary, where he developed a strong theological foundation and a heart for pastoral ministry. He later pursued advanced theological training at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), a Master of Theology (Th.M.), a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.). His academic work reflects his commitment to lifelong learning, sound doctrine, and leadership development within the Church, and a third postgraduate from Wesley Theological Seminary.
In addition to his theological education, Pastor Philibert completed Level One of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Duke University Medical Center. This experience further equipped him to provide compassionate pastoral care in times of crisis, grief, and transition, strengthening his ability to minister to individuals and families with wisdom and empathy.
Beyond the local church, Pastor Philibert serves as a Captain and Chaplain in the United States Army. In this role, he provides spiritual leadership, counseling, and support to soldiers and their families. He considers it a profound honor and privilege to serve his country while remaining faithful to his calling as a minister of the Gospel—serving both as an Officer in the Army and as a Soldier of the Cross.
Pastor Philibert is joyfully married to his beloved wife, Korpo, and cherishes time spent with family and friends. Outside of ministry, he enjoys singing, reading, playing soccer, and engaging in outdoor handiwork. His life and ministry are anchored in his favorite Scripture, Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” a verse that reflects his unwavering faith, resilience, and dependence on Christ in every season of life.
Through preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and leadership, Pastor Philibert seeks to glorify God, strengthen the Church, and faithfully serve wherever the Lord calls him.
